Tarpon Season Update

Hard to believe that it’s already the middle of June. April, May, and the first half of this month have flown by. Tarpon season will do that to you. From fishing rollers at sunrise to the late evening worm hatches, more time is spent on the water than off.

Due to the cooler, windier spring, the fish trickled in later this year. With flashes of greatness mid April through early May, Mothers Day weekend was when the meat of the migration started swimming through.

Although we’ve been dodging thunderstorms the last few days, i’m anticipating consistent fishing to round out the month.

I’ve added a few video’s to show what we’ve been up to. Enjoy!
